Whilst visiting family we went here, very impressed, the café was really nice, perhaps a little slow on service but it was just getting busy and after we were served another member of staff started, the food was delicious, I had a cream tea which they were more than happy to do with an Americano at no extra charge, my partner had a sandwich which he was happy with and my aunt had a cake which we heard no complaints about. The shopping experience, well I love shopping so I loved it! My partner even found something he liked and whilst there I picked up a wedding gift, a thank you gift for my family and some scented candles, if this place was near me I'd visit far to often. Oh and all the staff we came across were so helpful.
A great place to visit for a browse, we always find some thing of interest in the household, gifts or clothing section and it has a good Yankee candle outlet. They have a nice cafe with gluten free pre wrapped cakes, and can do gluten free toast, with helpful service. Plenty of free parking. The only down side here is that it's sometimes difficult to get around some of the store with my mum's wheelchair as the aisles are too narrow, otherwise I would give it 5*

Disappointing. We went for lunch and there was little choice of main courses as they were waiting for a delivery. Three visits to the counter to place an order as things were not available - why not put up a board to tell people what's not on? Most people ended up with fish and chips, which was OK but not brilliant. Why does a garden centre have plastic plants for decoration in the restaurant? Good display of plants for sale but quality can be variable.
I live about a mile away from here and have never been before until today. A great garden centre with a number of different departments. Not many staff about on hand to ask for advice, but did manage to find someone eventually. The soft play I was very impressed with, and has an area specifically selling outdoor garden toys for kids. The cafè is good, but coyld be a lot better without much effort. Just stop using frozen food and go freah as it makes a big difference. Prices for some things are on the steep side there, but if you live in the area, and cant be bothered going to Bents, then this is a good second choice.
